Air classifiers

Air classifiers are devices that use air as a medium to classify and separate particles based on their size, shape, density, and other physical properties. They are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical processing, and mining, among others. Air classifiers work on the principle of separation by size, where the airflow carries particles of different sizes and shapes into different chambers, based on their weight and density.

Micro sizing mill (Straight Roller Mill)

  • As explained earlier, Straight Roller Mills work on the principle of pressurizing and shearing the particles to extremely finer sizes as designed and desired. The feed material enter inside the mill through the port and fall onto the grinding rollers that are assembled on the dial plates.
  • Each dial plate provide one stage and as per the requirement the number of stages may vary. Ideally a three stage mill provides required results for ultrafine grinding.
  • The rollers while rotating will press and shear the particles against the wear ring seated in the mill body.
  • Every particle will undergo continuous grinding through all the rollers and when reaching the bottom stage, will be completely ultrafine size.
  • Through the outlet port in the bottom, the material will reach classifier for separation process.

Pipe screw feeder

Screw conveyor, is a mechanical conveyor system that moves materials from one point to another using a rotating screw inside a tube or pipe. It is a cost-effective and low-maintenance option for moving materials such as grains, powders, and granules in industries such as food processing, agriculture, and construction. The screw conveyor can be designed to meet specific application requirements and is suitable for horizontal, inclined, or vertical conveying.
